If you’re an existing customer, you can place an order through our support technicians. They will pull up your account and they can help you re-order hardware you’ve purchased in the past. All orders must be in by 3pm CST for your shipment to be picked up by UPS on the same business day; any order placed past 3pm will ship out the following business day. NEED TO SEND SOMETHING IN FOR REPAIR?
If you plan to ship anything out to our facilities for repair or inspection, please talk to a Support Technician and they will create a case# so that we know where the package is coming from and what to expect when the delivery arrives.
