Business, Fleet Programs or Commercial Accounts. No matter what you call them – they really matter!

Business or fleet program accounts are incredibly important for your car wash operation as they can bring a lot of additional revenue.

On average, our customers that serve corporate business accounts increase their revenue by $7,000 a month!
There are a lot of reasons why the numbers always improve with business accounts.

First, when you lock a business into using your car wash exclusively, you’ve not only gained that single person’s business, but all of their employees’ business.

Second, when a business owner wants clean vehicles, all those folks wash more often, because the company is footing the bill, and because in most cases, companies just want their vehicles looking good.

Third, all the folks driving company vehicles learn about your wash and many bring their personal vehicles to your location.

We try to help our car wash customers make it easy for fleet managers – these are busy people who really need a simple answer to keeping the fleet clean AND manage expenses. You have to make it easy for them to be able to add or remove their team members, set their access level, manage payment options, export their history for tax purposes, preferably all from their phone. In all, it adds more traffic, more revenue and more loyal customers to your business. This is more profitable than growing business a single customer at a time.

We have also found that providing a fleet program through a mobile app dramatically improves ease-of-use. 

Right now in the United States there is a growing number of people looking for touch-free solutions. Not only because of COVID, but because carrying cards and cash is becoming a thing of the past. Millennials and Gen-Zers typically don’t carry either and would prefer to pay with their phone. But it’s not just those generations. We’ve noticed our largest demographic is actually between the ages of 35 and 44 with 45-54 not falling far behind. Apps of any kind are going to be more popular as the age of flip phones dies out, technology becomes easier, and makes payments more accessible.
